Telkom horrible service

<div>My name is Roma BISSESSAR my account has been debited by telkom for the past 2 months for service that's not rendered there services is terrible they make me run up and down to issue bank statements they did not deliver the TV I app**** for but they debit my account for it my wifi is not on I went to telkom to say my account is in arrears for March n April I need to make arrangements to pay it and the said someone will phn me but they started taking money which I did not authorize from my acc I asked they to at least put my wifi on n give me my TV but still nothing from the last time I complained to hello Peter they put my wifi on for a few days and again suspended my acc I don't think this is fair they are the worst company to ever deal with please hello Peter help </div>
