Telkom horrible service

I am extremely frustrated with Telkom’s customer care. Their consultants are completely ***********. I have not had internet for 4 days. They logged a ticket and confirmed that a technician would be sent on site, only to find out when I followed up that they had closed the ticket because the technician said there’s nothing wrong, but no one called to inform me that the line was cleared on their side and why technician isn’t coming anymore and to check if services have been restored. I am all the way in Gauteng and my family in the Free State. The fact that they are without internet for so long is so disappointing and they don’t have the decency to call and ensure that their customers issue has been resolved. The issue is still not resolved.
