Telkom Horrible Service

Telkom is one of the most pathetic networks EVER!!!! I took a cellphone contract under them, which was the worst decision I've ever made. They took forever to port my number from Vodacom to Telkom, on top of that they didnt't even make the necessary contract changes they needed and now my network connection has been disconnected since Wednesday the 27th of November. The consultants at the call center have no idea what they are doing. Team leaders don't get back to my queries. Im so frustrated and unhappy
