TELKOM horrible service

Booked my phone in with Telkom, they received and booked for the Phone in for repairs since the 21st of April with an ETA of up to 12day working day, i received communication that my phone has been collected by their courier company and now no one can locate or trace the phone, everyday when i call i keep on getting the same response that they are sending an email to the repair centre and to the courier company and waiting for them to respond, they advised that they can't call their repair centre nor their courier company for a speedy response, the service is literally horrible, having to drive to the store with ridiculous petrol prices and calling everyday with the same response that an email is being sent, Can TELKOM please locate and give me my phone, I can't access my banking app, and other important information on my phone. please resolve the above issue
