Telkom Horrible Service!!!!!!

I am trying to get a paid up letter for my account and instore they have helped me get my account in order, however the back office is supposed to call me back but has not. Online help does not want to help, they are saying they I will get the bill at the end of the month but I have closed this account 5 years and will not respond me for getting a paid up letter. All I am trying to do is get a paid up letter sent for Account no: ***
