Telkom horrible service

I have a Telkom contract for WiFi and they have sent my name to credit bureau incorrectly after many attempts of communication they have acknowledged my matter and sent me an email stating that I do not Owe Telkom and my account is currently active and running and should be removed from credit bureau however I am still receiving sms’s from the bureau threatening me that a summon may be served and court order granted to recover the funds which I do not owe to Telkom. Telkom advised that they will send an email to the bureau seems like that was not done instead it was sent to me alone. I have sent the email from Telkom stating that I should be removed from the bureau but to my surprise I am still being sent messages demanding payment. My credit score has been messed up by Telkom and they are not doing anything to resolve this mess.
