Telkom, horrible service.

Terribly unprofessional. I app**** for a contract in store and received a call the same day confirming my device will be ready the next day. When I went in they haven't even done the application. After waiting for roughly an hour and a half they said I was declined for the contract, which was absurd in itself as all of my financials and credit score should absolutely qualify me for the item I requested. I would recommend no one goes there as their service is horrible.
