Telkom horrible service

Back in November 2017 I went to the telkom branch in liberty Midlands mall and app**** for a cancellation, a month later and still no cancellation, it's now March 2018 and still nothing, but telkom has handed me over, I don't even reside at the place of the phone line any longer, I also called the telkom call centre on numerous occasions requesting a cancellation and forwarding them the cancellation form, I have been promised a reference number but the staff at telkom won't seem to follow up. I am tired of telkoms bull**** customer service, and I'm not willing to pay for any bill, it's not my problem that they don't want to cancel
