Telkom horrible service.

So my internet has been down since the 16th Feb. All that Telkom says is that they will send a technician. We are still waiting and have to run a bussiness with our Adsl line. They just don’t care. Every person on the phone says something different then the other person. The worst part is that you have to PAY for this service that you are not receiving!
