Telkom...Horrible Service

<p>I had a response about this issue being escalated to management. How long does it for response. All telkom social media team says is sorry for the inconvenience bt there is no solution thereafter. How long cam telkom be investigating a case, Telkom are ***** and *******... They put the client through so much just because the client is waiting a credit. Ridiculous... Pathetic communication...sad</p>
