Telkom Horrible Service

Guys, why is it that everybody has had a bad experience with TELKOM. Yet nothing is done and we the public is tolerating this absolute horrible service. Whether you call and help agent or go into a Telkom Store the service is shocking. It is time to say good bye to these milk ***s that's costing us money with no service. I have just been informed that I have a email address that has been there for 2 years and I have never 1) knew about it and 2) have never used it YET THEY BILL ME NOW FOR IT. What a joke!!!!!!!
