Telkom Horrible Service

This is probably the worst service I have ever received. Delivery of my phone is being pushed from pillar to post, I have spoken to 10 different people and no one can assist me. Meanwhile the first debit order was taken more than a week ago. This is completely ridiculous. I have never received service like this and I work in a service oriented environment.
