Telkom Horrible Experience with Fiber and Sales Con about Free Amazon Prime

Worst experience migrating to Telkom Fiber. My month old order was cancelled, only for a new one to be opened days before the end of my existing service. The entire process was very painful. I was following up on the promised delivery of a router from the first week of the oroginla order. I was never informed that the order was cancelled and a new one was opened. The modem tool several days to deliver because my address was not given to the courier. Eventually the modem was delivered and the fiber connection worked for a few hours then it stopped working. Only after complaining I was informed that I needed to contact sales and have the order closed before the actual activation could be done. Since sales only works from 8am to 5pm, more time was lost. I was also promised 3 months complimetary amazon prime, but now I am told that it would on be valid if I never had an amazon account. Telkom would do anything for a sale, and they mislead customers.
