Telkom horrible customer service ever

Telkom has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. Its been more than 8 days now without getting my monthly data bundles from Telkom and yet they billed my account.

The consultants are not helpful at all and keep telling me they have re-escalated the issue. Please fix or I cancel my contract with Telekom ??
