TELKOM HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Telkom has the most horrible experience there is no connection on my router spoke to Kgotsho who indicated that his manager named Imaan does not want to speak to me to assist. Made me hold on the line for 45 minutes , for a paying client this IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!
