Telkom horrible customer service

Me and my brother have been trying to get our fibre deal done and installed at our place since July. yes the special is from july, up to this day Telkom cannot answer anything about the order.

Vumatel has been nothing but helpful in this whole situation but Telkom just hasn't done anything, they cant pick up the order number everytime we call, they don't reply to call backs, they just keep saying they are escalating things on twitter but nothing ever happens.

Now we just want to cancel the whole thing and remove telkom from the equation but nope, cant get any answers for that either. Don't even count the 1 star that selected in this rating. Most Horrible customer experience i've ever experienced in my life.
