Telkom: Horrible

This is m y message that I have been leaving for Telkom on Facebook over the last two months:

Hi Telkom. I would like to voice a complaint because I am becoming quite tired of spending an average of 50min on the phone being moved from pillar to post through various departments.
Anyway here goes:
I asked Telkom to place my number into a holding pool because I would be moving residence. I have since moved residence on the 29th of August. I phoned Telkom sales to ask them to switch my adsl on and move the number on the 5th of September. I was told that it is not possible because the NUMBER DOES NOW NOT EXIST. So pretty much Telkom cancelled my number. To make matters worse another number of mine in a separate city and province was also cancelled by Telkom without permission so now there is no Internet on that line either. Anyways, back to 5th of September. I was told a technician would come to my new residence within 7-14 days to assign my new residence with my old number. It has been 51 days now. Still no technician.
To make matter seemingly worse I received a statement from Telkom charging me 190 rand for line rental of both my numbers which have both being cancelled. Quite a cheek if you ask me! Charged for something that doesn't exist! When I asked Telkom to refund me they simply didn’t. Sounds like theft to me!
When I realised that my other number had been cancelled I called Telkom to query what was going on and I was told it was cancelled. I explained that telkom are charging me for the line and I never asked for it to be cancelled. The sales representative assured me by means of a PROMISE (ha if only) that a technician would be out the very same day to rectify it. It took Telkom over 30 days to reinstall the line. You filthy little *****, you said it would be done the same day! Ontop of that Telkom took it upon themselves to be the internet service provider without me asking for it, so now I am being charged for that without my consent, and I had to apply for my line to be placed into a holding pool, another 48 hours wait. How is this even possible how can you guys be so absolutely *********** and stupid!
Continuing, I have easily called over 10 times over the past month, and every time I have been told a new story on one occasion I was told that my one number is in existence and they can switch it on (this is after I've been told 5 different times that it has been cancelled, more lies) so now a new log in has been put in for a technician which starts the process back at day 1 again. Absolutely pathetic.
I have begged and pleaded with Telkom and used various South African informal language when one is irritated in this country, words that begin F, S, A etc.
Every time I call to find out when a technician will be coming only to be told a new story that there is no "infrastructure" in my suburb. Quite odd because the previous tenant in my house had a perfectly running adsl line here before I moved in. Absolute *****. The lies and nonsense just keep piling up. I have requested and will request again that someone listens to all recordings and dealing that I have had with Telkom over the past month. I can warn you that they are in excess of 5 hours of recording time. Yes 5 HOURS! I am willing to give you my cell phone number so that you can listen to the recordings because I'm almost certain Telkom have not logged in my new number after requesting them to change it 3 times already!
On top of this lengthy complaint I previously asked Telkom to move my number into a holding pool so I could change my ISP because Telkom continued to charge me over 300Rand on my subscription. It's took over 40 days for the move to take place and to be placed into a holding pool.
Now I have tried my best to be professional in this post even though I don't feel that I need to be because Telkom are easily the least professionally run company in South Africa, on par with the dwindling S.A.A and S.A express.
Please send a technician to my house to give me a telephone number so that I can have Internet again. Simple as that! You charging me for it already and I'm not receiving it. Come on now!
Please let RALPH phone me back (Telkom sales department) regarding my phone calls to Telkom. He promised he would call back. Obviously ****!
Message continued: I left this post on Tuesday the 20th September and I also called to ask a supervisor to please listen to all my recordings when dealing with Telkom. I was told someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours time. It is now the 27th of October. I have still not any correspondence. I still have no landline number or adsl line.
How the hell do you guys function as a company? Oh yes parastatal, government funds you.
Still in disbelief. @Telkom
Note:it has now been 51 days of waiting.
