Telkom - ********** service

Telkom is such a horrible network. I paid up my contract and submitted the cancellation of non renewal in due time and followed the right process however they kept on deducting money from my account. Now I'm being phoned by a debt collecting company telling me that i owe Telkom. I have referred the matter to the Ombudsman.
