Telkom hopeless staff.

All right until you try to cancel a cascabel agreement with Telkom over the internet. Although they acknowledge your cancellation, they do nothing about it and carry on deducting the monthly premium. Numerous SMS's and e-mails had no effect. Eventually had to drive to one of their outlets and had it cancelled there. Now to try and get a refund of the installments deducted between my cancelation and theirs.
