Telkom home wifi

Hey guys Im having a very experience with Telkom , i am having an issue with Telkom Fibre. My line has been down from Wednesday. I had to call Telkom Tech support 3 (and waited an hour to talk to a call centre agent) times for a Technician to be sent. The call centre agent says that it will take a week for a Technician to be to my home. I work from home and with every passing hour its costing me alot. Telkom Simply does not have enough call centre agents ,that dont follow requests because it took three calls for them to finally send out a technician and they dont have enough technicians. Service from Telkom is very poor.
