Telkom home WIFI

The worst service I have ever received!!! I will not pay a cent more to Telkom for my household WIFI as I have not received constant WIFI signal at my houae for the last 5 months!!! I have 5minutes of Wifi at the slowest ever speed, where my cellphone even tells me there is limited internet and then it is off!!! But all the lights are illuminated on the router and there is no problem there according to the most idiotic call centre agents I have ever come accross. Open Serve (telkom technicians) have been at my house numerous times and tested my line speed and connection and there is no problem, I am actually getting more speed than what I am suppose to according to them, they keep on saying it is the SERVICE PROVIDER, then I phone Telkom, wait 45 minutes on average for an IDIOT call centre agent that tells me they will need to send a technician, well, Telkom, I hope you can send a Technician to come and collect your money, as I will not be paying for your ****py service anymore!!! 10+ times I have logged calls, 5months has passed and still no resolution!!! Worse of all, in my complex there is numerous people complaining about exactly the same problem!!!! And NO ONE is getting anywhere with the uselss, retarded NO SERVICE TELKOM
