Telkom home viber

Im having an account with Telekom Home viber. Initially we agreed that I will be paying R315 for a monthly instalment.

It is so unfair that I am currently Paying R500-R800 a month .I've contacted Telkom numerous times asking them to resolve this matter but I'm not getting any help
