<p>My telkom LTE account has according to my contract run its 24 month course.</p> <p> </p> <p>according to telkom call centre when they where ment to migrate me from my 7GB to a 20GB package as agreed a lady by the name of Chinyaa at brooklyn mall upgraded my contract and changed the terms of my contract without my permission so now they say i am only in month 14 of my contract and not month 24 as i should be and i can not cancel which in my opinion is not my problem as i agreed on a MIGRATION and not a UPGRADE and this is ***** on telkoms part</p>
