Telkom holding me hostage

My contract is up with telkom but it seems they are waiting for Jesus to come back before they stop taking money from my account. Why such tedious processes when one wants to cancel their contract? I even get chest pains everytime i attempt to cancel. i tried like 5 times and gave up each time. the customer line goes dead,, the other one takes you to america and back and you still are not given an option to speak to a consultant. when i log in to cancel, on manage my accounts it tells me unable to load. when i emailed support it says email cant be found. Im held hostage by telkom.
