I called telkom today trying to make arrangements on the payment of my accounting because i have missed 1 payment and now they are telling me that i owe them 3 installments. I do not owe them anything beside the month of january which is R299.00 of which i always pay via the app ever since i started using their data sim. I cannot be bul**** by consultants who are there to assist us with our issues bt instead he hangup on me as if he is doing me a favor. I am using airtyme to call telkom and they have the guards to hang up on me. I need this billing issue be solved or cancel my sim asap.
