Telkom Highveld Mall

so i went to get a sim swap at Telkom highveld mall and was assisted by a lady called shanlee adams and I've never had such bad service in my life, she was rude and obnoxious with total disregard as me as the client she let me sit there and watch her complete what ever she was busy with and then assisted me with a frown as if I'm bothering her. this was really the worst service I've received and no-one should walk in a store and be treated like ****
