Telkom hides in the backoffice jerking off

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to follow up on the following complaint with the most relevant case number being ********** 2.</p> <p> </p> <p>My Case is as follows</p> <p> </p> <p>27 June 2017 – I paid my account via EFT</p> <p>30 June 2017 – Telkom tried to debit me and I went to Standard Bank to reverse the debit</p> <p> </p> <p>EVERY day after that smsses and automated phone calls that my account is in arrears</p> <p>EVERY day I called the call center in order for Telkom to correct their mistake</p> <p> </p> <p>5 July 2017 – FINALLY THE CALL CENTER UNDERSTOOD MY COMPLAINT and registered case ********** 2</p> <p> </p> <p>18 July 2017 – Telkom tried to debit me again UNAUTHORISED DUE TO ACCOUNT BEING UP TO DATE Standard bank penalised me R115 for a failed debit order which there should have never been</p> <p> </p> <p>EVERY day after that smsses and automated phone calls that my account is in arrears</p> <p>EVERY day I called the call center in order for Telkom to correct their mistake</p> <p> </p> <p>31 July 2017 – Telkom debited me the outstanding amount as is right and in order</p> <p>2 August 2017 – Again sms that my account is overdue</p> <p> </p> <p>4 August 2017 – SMS that case ********** 2 is resolved, I had to call in and was told the case was closed as telkom saw no problem.</p> <p>4 August 2017 – New Invoice arrived by email, a complete disaster as the entire invoice is incorrect</p> <p> </p> <p>I kindly expect the following:</p> <p>Corrected June Statement</p> <p>Corrected July Statement</p> <p>Reimbursment of Standard Banks penalty R115 on the failed UNAUTHORISED debit order</p> <p> </p> <p>And most importantly TELEPHONIC (PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL ME) explanation of how a case can go unresolved for a month and longer!</p> <p> </p> <p>A PROMPT RESPONSE IS EXPECTED</p> <p>This case is now connected to 33 calls from me of which no one has done anything!!!</p>
