Telkom Hidden "Event Billing Fees"

Please note that Telkom mobile has subscribed me for a "even billing usage" for a company called "Smart Cell Techsts;Win" , which they cannot identify when and how I subscribed to this R225 per month, from March 2018 which amounted to R1575. I have asked Telkom mobile to cancel these subscriptions on multiple occasion, to no avail. The answer that I receive on every occasions is that they cannot identify how and when I confirmed this activation. I really need Telkom to advise soonest on the maladministration from their side, as this has impacted my pocket negatively, and I would like to have a full refund on the amounts that I have paid, or compensated in any way possible. I think this is very ridiculous, as Telkom cannot help me resolve this issue. Furthermore to my investigation, it was established that Telkom is associated with "Smart Call Techsts;Win" which leads me to believe that both Telkom and Smart Cell Techsts;Win are working together to deduct monies form individual clients.
