TELKOM HEMMINGWAYS IS USELESS

<p>I am an existing contract client with Telkom, I took an HP laptop contract for R349×36m the East London hemmingways store had the laptop but could not give it to me bcz it did not have the Microsoft package Telkom promised. Its been almost a week without a word from Sbu the agent I was dealing with. What makes matters worse my deal was approved I am not from EL and when I call the store no responce. Nobody answers calls there, no matter what time of the day youcall. The staff are chicks to employees from other stores who try to rely my messages. TELKOM hemmingways give Telkom a bad name. No customer service, they do not even keep the client informed about anything. </p>
