<p>About 2 weeks ago I asked at the store about internet access in the Plettenberg bay area. I was assured that it is possible. When I came into the store again I asked the same question to access the service. They were happy to take my money etc. Again they assured me that it is possible, Well, after arriving in Plett, no service. I had to drive to Knysna to find out what was going on and they also told met no service available, Only via ADSL line. So this is a huge inconvenience for my daughter who is a student and extra expenses now. I am going to cancel the contract and I want my money back. This is very bad service. </p>
