Telkom helps jeopardize remote work during Coronavirus

Adsl has been down since Thursday. I logged an issue immediately when the problem started but so far nothing.

In times like these where corona virus is cause remote work and access to information more important than ever it is safe to say Telkom does not care and is happy to let people lose their jobs and be oblivious to what is happening around them.

This is appalling, it is ridiculous how they can expect consumers to trust them when they can't resolve a fault in 3 days.
