Telkom Helpline Means Nothing

Purchased 1.5 G data in April. STILL not on my phone. Spoke to 7 different people where I had to go through the WHOLE validating process EVERY time! Can't you just save incoming calls, so that we end up with the same person when their 'advice' didn't help? NOOOOO success after SO many calls! Helpline? Non-existing if I still don't have the data, which they confirmed every time, that is shows unused on their side.
