Telkom helping themselves to monies in my account

<p>Hi <br />My wife has a cellpone contract with telkom, and in November last year, Telkom started changing the debit orders, in March last year we wnt to their offices with a summary of the account, showing they have taken approc R 4,400.00 that dont belong to them, <br />After numerous emails to the living dead on the other side, and (After responding to an email from Telkom), they keep on disconnecting the account, and this morning, when the account is supposed to be up to date, they deduct another R 1500.00 from the account. They have now taken R 6,000.00 that dont belong to them.</p> <p>Where can we have this resolved ?</p>
