Telkom Help Needed

Our office Telephone line is now down from the 24 April 2018 to date. We have phoned and phoned and no technician ever came out or phoned us to report back. We urgently need this line to be fixed. The Call Centre is not helpfull and we want to now what is going on. Reference numbers: (old) 162CT ********** and (new) 245CTZ080518. I also have a long list with all the times and dates we phoned telkom.
