Telkom help me with my airtime, please

I bought airtime at Shoprite but only notice later that it didn't print. At Shoprite they printed the whole page but the airtime didn't print. They did give me the voucher number but Telkom people don't want to help me. It's R150.00 airtime for my little brother to start applications for varsity next year. Most applications are closing on the 30th, what do we do now???I'm broke now, I'm not expecting anything until the 31st?
