Telkom HELP!!!

I app**** for fibre 4 october, after many attempts i could not get anybody to give me a installation date.To date nobody has installed anything at my home or contacted me regarding the installation. I have been charge R1500 for something I dont have and am now R2500 in arreas... keep in mind i dont have the service im paying for. I have been to telkom tygervalley, telkom parow centre, emailed both stores, called telkom call centre numerous times, have 2 reference numbers but yet nobody can give me any answers or feedback. Nobody called me or rep**** to my emails.

I dont know which way to turn, i cant keep paying for something i dont have.

I no longer wish to continue any business with telkom!
