Telkom hello?

Telkom my internet line and telephone have not worked for weeks now, don't send out technicians on a Sunday morning to check up when no one is at work and then send and sms prompt which I reply to and then you ignore it anyway. You bumbling, useless bunch: I want my line fixed pronto. You are charging me for a service and I am not getting what I paid for. It's now weeks later and no fix. Get it?
