Telkom (Hellkom) the worst Telecoms Company Ever!

The worst company (telecoms) that I've ever dealt with. Reported my frustratingly slow & unstable ADSL line to them numerous times but nothing has been done about it and I still get billed for a 10MB line (when I'm really only getting about 3MB download speed!!!!). The consultant, Aphiwe, that I just spoke to for about 30mins was the most frustrating I've dealt with... He kept asking me for my landline number and said his PC was "very slow". The last fault I reported went unattended as I did not receive a follow-up call or fix from the technicians/Telkom. This company really is hellish! Wish I had an alternative to Telkom - there's no fibre in my area and there are no LTE packages to suit my data requirements.
