Telkom (HELLKOM) crushes another business because of ineptitde.

<p>Our ADSL business line, with 20 hunting lines to a digital call centre has been down for 3 WEEKS. We call 5 TIMES A DAY. Still no joy. Every day there is a differnet story and they are all lies; different technician assigned, waiting for parts, can't find the address (yep, true response).</p> <p>I have no option but to retrench the staff running this service. Yet again a SOC contributes to unemployment due to it's complete incompetence.</p> <p>If you are thinking of starting a business: DO NOT LEASE ANYTHING FROM TELKOM. You will regret it dearly. Pay more and go with another wireless provider.</p> <p> </p> <p>I HATE TELKOM - YOU HAVE DESTROYED MY BUSINESS !!!!! </p>
