TELKOM HELLKOM

Telkom Telkom Telkom. I have been having issues with this ADSL line from November 2020 to date. Telkom sends technicians to my house and they fail to fix it, I call their contact centre and they fail to fix it, I request that they switch the package to LTE since well they are soooo bad with ADSL and they tell me il have to pay more for LTE. I log a complaint with them and they never respond. What kind of company is this that never look after its customers. I wouldnt advIse anyone to take up any contracts with HELLKOM!!!!!!!!!
