Telkom Hellkom

I have a 20meg fiber enternet with telkom. I phoned several times this last week stating that my enternet is not stable. First of all the people working at the contact centre never seem to know what they are doing always recreating ports and then you get a message stating the fault has been loggen and then right after that message you get the following message stating the issue has been resolved. [07/09, 04:36] My Skat: Telkom SA: Dear Customer, Ticket *** is created for service TIN***. We will fix the issue soon. Please do not reply to the SMS. [07/09, 04:36] My Skat: TelkomSA: Dear Customer, Fault Reference ***4 has been closed. Please do not reply to this SMS.My enternet is still not working properly and paying R850 for a service not working. Poor poor poor service and incompatent staff not knowing their job or has an attitude. Never use telkom it is the worst ISP in the world. That is why they are called hellkom because it is from hell.
