<p>First Reported 3 March REF 201CNK030317 ON ADSL line fault. Made several phone calls and awaited technicians many time, who did not turn up. </p> <p> </p> <p>New ref # in 10 March - ARS 319703.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please treat this as urgent as I have a daughter who is a student dependent on ADSL.</p>
