<p>TELKOM</p> <p>I was contacted about a year ago by HELLKOM offering me their Smart Home Premium package which consists both of a landline and mobile/ cell in one package. After alot of problems, they finally delivered to my door. They sold me a 10MBPS landline package, but I don't get anywhere near those speeds. At times, the speeds are about 5 to 10 KBPS. They are charging me for this high end package and are not delivering. I'M BEING OVERCHARGED. I requested that this package be changed or this contract be cancelled. I complained alot about this and they sent out their technicians numerous times. All their technicians said that I will never attain these speeds because of the quality of the line/ cable in my area. Mr. Keseval Naido ( Sales Manager )and Mr. Aaqib Hoosen from telkom's sales ALWAYS promised they would sort this out, but have ignored this matter throughout the year. ALL my emails and calls have proven to be fruitless.</p> <p>I have ALL the emails and telephonic conversations recorded to prove that they only promise and then show you the proverbial finger. Telkom is going to the dogs because of people like this.</p>
