Telkom = Hellkom

I hate Telkom!!! why can you guys not deliver on time as promised time and time again ???<br> <br> I placed my order for a new adsl line over 2 weeks ago ! I was sent a sms confirming that a Telkom person would be at my house on the 28/9/2015 I received a call saying that there was a fault on the line and that it would be fixed in 2 days . I then received a sms saying that a Telkom agent would be coming to install my line on the 05/10/2015 between the 7am and 4pm I took the day off from work so that I could be there as I had no one else at home. By 12 no one had arrived so I phoned 10210 several times and each time waiting for more than 30 minutes before having to put down the phone as no agents answered my calls.I think the service i have received is disgusting!!!!! i want to know what is happening with my line my order number =***
