Telkom (Hellkom)

Our Telkom Uncapped internet line is unusable. With download rates of 0.02mb/s and latency of 197s, I cannot even browse the internet, nothing other than Google itself loads. This is in the Kyalami district, and the problem persists throughout the day. Due to the internet speeds being so faulty, when Windows updated, the files were not completely downloaded and caused issues on my computer, which resulted in it crashing and having to be formatted. This is effecting my business, my wellbeing and if it is not sorted out, there will be legal action against you guys. Calling the technicians does not resolve the problem at all, but rather seems to add more frustration and wasted time into the mix, as you wait for hours, then get passed around from person to person, only for someone to hang up on you before a call is logged, and when after 36 hours of time spent on the phone, you finally log a call, they say they can fit you in within 3 weeks, but never arrive, and you go through the amazing call process again to find the call was resolved for being open too long.

I will not recommend you to anyone, as you keep requesting I do, via messages and phone calls, as I am very unhappy with the quality of the service provided, and have been set back financially due to these issues!

Not to mention the breach of contract on several occasions, which effects the users, but we are expected to just deal with it due to us not being able to cancel a contract, not even an expired contract. Expired contracts still get billed, months after cancelation, refunds are issued for a single month only just to have double the amount deducted from your account the following month.
