Telkom/ HELLKOM

I am sooooo mad it's unexplainable, TELKOM it's a ****TY service provider, I've called, logged online call backs ...now I have a case number that I looked on the 16th of this month, still I haven't heard from them...I am just numb with HELLKOM....to top it all off, they DEBITED MY ACCOUNT ON THE 20TH of this month...just freaking annoyed.
