Telkom / Hellcom

I have 2 Telkom poles on my property - 1 is leaning against my boundary wall and has caused a crack. Telkom and Openserve are uncontactable. Since they are now impacting on my property and my life I would like to cut down the poles. I don't use Telkom - and after 5 years of being fobbed off I am sure that I have the right to act. Any advice???
