Telkom - Hell Kom

Telkom installed a new fibre connection and router on 3rd April. ROuter could not reach contracted speed of 250 mbs and coudl only achieve 100 mbs max. they then sent a courier to collect the router and promised replacement. Until today they have still not sent the replacement router. this is despite me send 7 emails and mulktiple calls. Terrible service.
