Telkom Hell

Telkom refuses to stop DEBITING my account even though an agent I spoke to assured me that once the contract was cancelled they'd stop DEBITING. I needed to make arrangements to pay what I owed n a bank account was given to me. I still am getting debited, the orders are bouncing n I now owe 1500 in bounced debit order fees. I'm frustrated n I don't know what to do.
