Telkom HELL!!!!

I have a cellphone contract with Telkom, which they now claim I terminated. I told them I did not terminate the contract and would like it reinstated, they have been sending me from pillar to post and haven't reinstated my contract, but instead handed my account over to debt collectors. I'm furious and frustrated by the incompetence and treatment.
